We invite you to join us at the Red Tent Temple.

The Red Tent Temple is a safe nurturing space where women can come together to create and connect, nurture, support, heal and inspire each other.

Here you can rest, do your own art or handcrafts, journal, meditate, listen to soft music, talk with other women, read, or simply sit still and be. 

We also have a facilitated women's circle where you can seek guidance, share your experiences and listen or offer support to other women.

The Red Tent Temple is a place where women can ask questions, find mentors and receive positive messages about menstruation, sexuality and  birthing in absolute acceptance.

If you have ever menstruated you are welcome.

We have Message Board where you can share information.

We ask you bring a plate of healthy food to share.

As this is a space dedicated to allowing women to recuperate from the noise, demands and busy-ness of their lives and our world, we  request that you honour yourself and others by taking this time out away from your children. 

Cost:  $10. Or you may offer your time to help with the running of The Red Tent Temple in exchange.
